Cisco Commercial Xcelerate is a loyalty program for all commercial partners to enjoy greater rewards by selling selected Cisco products, services and solutions from 2 tiers of rewards.


  • Volume Xcelerator

    Pays partners incentives on sales of selected products. Selected products are typically drawn from Cisco START Product Portfolio. Rewards are automatically tabulated and credited to your company for sales of these products. The products on offer will change quarterly.

  • Solutions Xcelerator

    Pays partners incentives for sales of pre-defined cross-sell and multi-architecture solutions. All commercial partners are eligible to earn incentives for this tier. Claims need to be submitted against a sales order to prove the sale of the solution to the end customers. These claims are verified against Cisco’s sales data.

Cisco Commercial Xcelerate Program membership is open to all Partners who are Cisco’s registered partners. The program is available in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, VietNam. You can register for Cisco Commercial Xcelerate here using your Cisco.com ID. Please note that you could only register with a valid company email address. Group email address and public email domains like Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail are not accepted. If you do not have a company email address, please contact your Cisco Partner Account Manager.
You will not be required to renew your program membership as long as your company maintain your partner registeration with Cisco. So kindly remember to renew your company’s Cisco registration as it’s expiration will lead to your termination from the program.
Partners can earn rewards by selling our full set of products and solutions across all the 2 tiers of rewards and bonus rewards that may be offered from time to time.

After you have login to your account, go to the top header bar menu to find ‘My Account > Update Profile’ option. You will be directed to a page where you can either update your Company details and/ or personal details. Kindly note that it is a program rule that all redemptions have to be sent to your Company Address as Cisco Commercial Xcelerate is a Company based program. For changes to your company address, kindly submit the new information via the Contact Us page.

Your cisco.com ID and Program user ID and email address is unique to your account. You will not be able to change your User ID. However you are encouraged to update your Password regularly for security purposes.
No. You must remain employed at your company to participate in the Program. If you leave your company, you will have thirty (30) calendar days to redeem your outstanding points, after which time all remaining points will be expired and your account will cease. If your employer is removed from sponsored status, you will have thirty (30) calendar days to redeem your outstanding points, after which time all remaining points will be expired and your account will cease. If you move to another reseller, please change your Cisco.com ID association with your new company and register again to the program under your new company.
Yes, your personal data will be protected in accordance with Cisco Corporate Privacy Policy which you can view by clicking here.

If your company opt to join the program at Hybrid Level participation, all points earned will be first be awarded into the Company Account. The program administrator will then re-allocate the points to the individual Account Manager’s accounts if the method of points distribution is manual.

If the method of points distribution is automatic, then the points will be distributed automatically based on the percentage set by the administrator or if it is claim-based to the claimant.

The administrator of the company can write in to request for a change of participation through the contact us page in the website. Once we receive the request, an email will be sent to the company principal to consent on the change of participation level.
You can submit claim using the online claim form after login to Cisco Commercial Xcelerate website.
You will have to provide all necessary deal information as per requested in the online claim form. Your points will only be rewarded to your Cisco Commercial Xcelerate account upon approval of the claim.
It will take approximately 20 business days for validation.
You will be informed of the validation status via the email provided at registration.
If the company chose to participate at the company level, only the administrator of the company can submit the claims. Upon claims validation, reward points will be awarded to the company account.
Select 'My Account' upon login for a complete listing of your points information – points awarded to date, points redeemed and balance points information will be displayed.
Login to your Cisco Commercial Xcelerate account, Go to “My Accounts”. Click on the Promo Transaction to view its earned points details.
Yes. All points have a validity period of 12 months from the date of transaction when the points are earned.
No, all expired points will be made invalid after the expiry date.
Members would receive one consolidated Points Statement across programs sent via email on a monthly basis. You can view your complete portfolio of program points in 1 statement. We would encourage you to log into the website to access your account details and check on your latest point information and promotions etc.
You have 30 days to make your final redemption after which your reward points will be expired and your account with the program terminated.

Members do not need to physically collect the gift item(s) as it will be delivered to the account holder’s registered company address.
We will endeavour to process and deliver all redemption requests within 21 business days (estimate). Please note that delays may occur if the item(s) requested is out of stock. In the event that the item(s) requested is not available, the member would be contacted accordingly by the program team. No, there will be no delivery charges incurred by members. For some countries, local taxes may be applicable which the member will be responsible for paying the cost.
Once you have completed the redemption request, any cancellation request must be made to the program center within 3 working days, or before the item has been ordered from the supplier, whichever is earlier. The program center will check and reply accordingly to advise if the cancellation can be processed.
We regret that all gift items redeemed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash or points.
The warranty, is as offered by the gift manufacturer. Please check the item packaging for warranty details and instructions. All members are required to inspect the gift item and quantity at the point of delivery. Any defects should be reported immediately before accepting the delivery. Once member has signed off the delivery acknowledge slip, it is acknowledged that member has received the gift item in good order.
All expiry dates are as printed on the actual vouchers issued and may vary between merchants. Please refer to your redeemed vouchers/ debit cards for details.
The rewards catalogue is updated every 6 months without prior notice to members. Featured items are on a while stocks last basis. If you’ve set your sights on a particular gift, please do check back often at the website to make your redemption before they are replaced or fully redeemed. Please note that Cisco reserves the right to replace any gift items as deemed required without prior notice to members.
